Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Volunteer UI/UX Designer & Front-End Tester and make a meaningful impact by creating beautiful, user-friendly digital experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to refine your design skills, conduct thorough usability testing, and collaborate with a passionate team of professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and create user personas.
• Design intuitive user flows and information architecture.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure design consistency.
• Perform functional and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
• Identify and report bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and resolve issues.
• Participate in design reviews, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to design systems and style guides.

What are we looking for:

• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-computer interaction, or related field, preferred – not required.
• 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive tools
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is plus
• Familirities with Agile methodology and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details
• Conduct user research to test the website functionality
